Car owners compare facilities and enquire directly, free, with no middleman in the contract.

What makes us different

We're not owned by a storage operator. Some directories in this space are side-projects of facilities that compete with the businesses they list. We store nothing and sell no storage — our only interest is matching owners with the right facility.

Free listings for everyone. Every professional facility is listed whether they pay us or not. Facilities can subscribe for better placement and faster lead routing — that buys position, never existence, and sponsored placement is always labelled.

Verification is earned, not bought. The Verified badge is granted only after our team checks insurance documents, security coverage and climate control evidence. No tier includes it automatically. Read the editorial & verification policy.

What we are — and aren't

Motorkeepis an introduction and discovery service. Storage contracts, pricing, insurance and bailment sit directly between you and the facility — we never take possession of a vehicle or payment for storage. That keeps our incentives clean: our job ends when we've made a good introduction.
