1. What Motorkeep is

Motorkeep is an introduction and discovery service for professional car storage in the United Kingdom. We publish facility listings, editorial guides and an enquiry service that passes your details to facilities at your request.

2. What Motorkeep is not

We do not own, operate, inspect on an ongoing basis, insure or take any possession-related responsibility for any storage facility or any vehicle. Any storage contract, its pricing and terms, insurance arrangements, and any bailment relationship arise solely between the vehicle owner and the facility. We are not a party to those arrangements and accept no liability arising from them, including loss of or damage to any vehicle.

3. Listings and accuracy

Listing information is compiled from public sources and from facilities themselves. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not warrant it. Features, prices and availability change — always confirm directly with the facility before committing. “Verified” indicates that specific evidence was checked at the time of verification; it is not an ongoing guarantee or an endorsement.

4. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry authorises us to share the details you provide with the facility (or, where clearly stated, up to three facilities) you selected. Facilities respond directly; we don't guarantee a response or any outcome.

5. Facility accounts

Facility operators may claim a listing free of charge, subject to verification. There is currently no fee to claim or manage a listing and no charge for the enquiries we pass on; we take no commission on any storage contract. If we introduce a paid option, every claimed facility will be told in advance, nobody will be opted in automatically, and nothing will be charged for enquiries already received.

A facility can pause enquiries at any time from its dashboard, and its listing stays visible while paused. Paying for any future option will never buy the Verified badge, never remove competitors, and never change how we match a facility to what a car owner asked for. We may suspend listings or accounts that provide false information.

6. Photos and content you upload

When a facility uploads photos, descriptions or other material to its listing, it confirms that it owns that material or has permission to use it, including permission from any photographer. The facility keeps ownership.

The facility gives us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, display, resize and crop that material to show its listing and to promote Motorkeep and the facility. That includes supplying photos to journalists, publications and partners to illustrate coverage of Motorkeepor of car storage. Wherever we can, we will ask for the photo to be credited to the facility by name, although we can't guarantee how a third party prints a credit.

A facility can ask us at any time not to supply its photos to the press, by emailing hello@motorkeep.co.uk. Deleting a photo ends our use of it on the site; it doesn't recall copies already supplied for coverage that has been published or is in production. This section applies to material uploaded from 8 September 2026. For anything uploaded before then, we will ask the facility before supplying it to anyone else.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no false enquiries or claims, no misuse of contact details received through the platform (facility operators may use enquiry data only to respond to the enquiry, consistent with data protection law).

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of the platform is limited to £100 or, if greater, any fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General
